The reason I am jocking OC Cash so much though, is because their affiliate tools are unmatched. They stay ahead of the curve and most other adult affiliate programs are playing catch up. The affiliate tools I am referring to are:

• Hosted Blogs & RSS Feeds (You can feed your own sites using a combo of the feeds & a program like Autoblogger Pro – for hands free daily updates).

I’m a huge fan of Best of the Web, when it comes to getting my sites indexed and ranking in the serps. This directory is the next best thing to dir.yahoo.com or dmoz.org, imo. There are plenty of pages with high PR bleed to help get your new sites ranking well.

Usually I submit sites here that I don’t have time to build link-backs to, but I know are potentially big earners if they rank well in the serps.

So immediately after designing and optimizing my site, I will submit it for a lifetime listing at BOTW. Within a month it usually has a decent PR ranking and then I just make a post on some webmaster forums that I have a “PRx” site looking for link trades. With this technique I am able to pick and choose who I link with a little easier, because they are looking at PR usually, while I am focusing on the overall quality of their site. If I started with a PR0 domain looking for on topic link trades, I wouldn’t really be able to pick and choose because few people want to link with a brand new site.

Anyway, this may be a high price to pay for some in gaining a single link, but in my linking strategy it is one of my first places to go for a somewhat authoritative link-back.

The Industry forum known as Fuck You Pay Me (FUPM), has recently been announced as being for sale. This is an excellent opportunity for program owners who want to boost their potential affiliate base. Purchasing an established forum with a user base of over 1k could easily help lift a small program to that next level, simply by skinning the forum on a monthly basis. FUPM already offers a variety of paid-to-post contests too, which can help garner forum traffic that is notoriously difficult to establish. I know if I was preparing to launch a new adult affiliate program, or already owned a semi-established one, purchasing this forum would be a golden opportunity for me.

There are a ton of affiliate programs out there for you to fuck with. It has been my experience that the ones with the most unique content, are able convert sales at the best ratios. One that I have consistently been successful with in my years online is How I Got Rich. I won’t even get into my ratios right now, instead I will just say… Thank you Dirty D!!!!!

The beauty in this program is that at the end of every year, they give a $1k bonus to the first 100 affiliates to send 100 joins to their program. Personally I wish they gave a $1k bonus for every 100 joins sent by an affiliate, but I will probably need to get that deal on the table over a few drinks at Internext. Seriously though, these guys run a very professional operation and have given me a $1k bonus for the past 2 years running. I have nothing but love for them and I suggest you give their program a run.

I also highly recommend going with revshare when you promote their sites…. retention is around 4-6 months on average for me.

When it comes to selling products online, you can only put so many eggs in one basket, before you must get another basket and put more eggs in it.

If there is one thing I have learned while selling porn online, it is that you need to mix it up. Give your visitors options! Sure the surfer is looking for porn, but what else could you offer him along these same lines?
