This tutorial covers the basics of running a free blog on sponsor hosted galleries. The entire process costs nothing, besides a small time investment.
There are a few things you need to get nicely formatted porn blog off the ground. All of these tools are free.
First thing we need to do is get our blog setup. Xlogz has search engine friendly url’s by default, so all we need to do is make sure we have the blog title updated.
So from within the control panel, edit the weblog title so that it matches your subdomain somewhat.

Under the presentation tab, you will find many different themes you can use for “the look” of your blog. For this tutorial we will just use the default “rdc” theme.
In order to figure out what size images to post for my blog entries, I have to figure out how big the column is where all of the posts go. To do this, I simply opened up the blog > view source > located the div-tag containing the first post (left_col) > opened the stylesheet listed > found the entry for left_col, which shows the width: 450px. From this I know that the preview images I use in all my posts will need to be cropped at 450px wide.
Now it’s time to get some picture galleries selected, so I can start posting entries in my blog:
Log into your adult sponsor and open up their “Ad Tools” … what we will use for these blog posts are free hosted picture galleries (fhg’s). Find a few FHG’s and copy their url’s down for later. Here are the ones I was personally feeling… 1, 2, 3.
Now what we are going to do is use TGP Cropper, to edit an image for each gallery that will be used for individual blog posts.
Get your first URL and put it into the toolbar in TGP Cropper, then press Go.

It’s built in browser loads your gallery. Look over the gallery and find a pic you want to use for promotion. Click the image so that it is shown to you at “full-size”

Now in order to move the image to the picture editor, hold down Shift + Click the image. You will see a toolbar-set become available.

From here we need to resize the image so that it is 450px wide. From the menu, Image > Resize and type 450 into the width field. Once you have done this, File > Save the image somewhere on your hard drive.
Side note: You can repeat the above image editing steps for as many galleries as you feel like posting. I usually do thirty galleries at a time. One benefit to this is that you can schedule posts in the future, so that your blog automatically updates itself. Also, don’t be afraid to play with brightness/sharpness/etc. when editing images.
Now it’s time to post these galleries in your blog. Log into your blogs control panel once again and go to Write > Post.
Give your post a title, then move down to the upload section. Click Upload, then select the cropped image you made for your first gallery. The options you will choose are “using original” - “link to page” … then “send the image to editor” manually update the image so that it is linked to your gallery.

You can now Publish your post. Make sure to select “rebuild blog” after you have posted.
You will want to manage your categories and set them up so they are niche targeted. Also make sure you setup your blogroll and start exchanging blog links with other sites.
If you want to really go big then set up an army of these free blogs and inter-link them all - using multiple free blog hosting services (blogspot, blogtur, thumblogger, xblogspot). Getting links to your sites will generally be the first step in traffic generation and if you can give yourself links, your job becomes that much easier.
