Free Speech Online Lives On

It’s times like these I am proud to be a member of the American Civil Liberties Union!

Yesterday, the ACLU won their longstanding challenge to an Internet Censorship Law!!!

Basically the repercussions consist of parents becoming responsible enough to monitor their children’s computer usage. Long gone are the days of plopping little Johnny down in front of sponge pants square tv.

Webmasters, continue to self label and rate your websites.

Oh and lets not forget, everyone who values their protections under the Bill of Rights, join the ACLU today! (They might protect you from big brother tomorrow!)

Banking on Myspace Profiles

Until I have time to write up a little info on how to profit in the Myspace, I will post my favorite tools here:

I can’t really say the techniques I am using right now, because I would prefer to avoid the ban-hammer. But lets just say my best converting sponsor to date is Huge Traffic.

pussycash imliveWhen there is quick money to be made, I have been known to hit the ground running. That is exactly what I suggest you do with the current promotion Pussy Cash is offering, on their webcam program ImLive.

Now some people will argue that there is more money to be made in webcam programs when you use revshare (even claims of up to $500 per member), but I don’t think PussyCash will be paying $125 per signup forever. I suggest you run campaigns strictly targeting this promotion if you want to beat the revshare odds.

Even if you don’t have sites devoted to webcams, there is always space to fit in a link to webcam content. Not too mention having live models is one of the best “creatives” known to man, in the advertising world.

Get into this promotion and push the fuck out of ImLive while $125 PPS lasts!

The 15k Porn Challenge

I ran across an interesting experiment the other day that deals with making $7k in two weeks, selling porn online. The guy plans on doing all the work “from scratch” which I take as him meaning - he will not use his previously designed sites (which is a little crazy because I believe he will need all the help he can get) in traffic generation.

Personally if my goal was to net $15k porn sales in one month, I would need to have about 5 outsourced Indian webmasters at my beckon call, a dedicated box built for viagra/dick enlargement spamming and a $30k budget.

Regardless, I wish him the best of luck in his experiment. However, I believe that not only will his experiment fail, but it is in fact a clever viral marketing campaign to gain webmaster traffic to his blog. The ultimate goal, to get affiliates signed up under his sponsor-ref-codes in the long run.

If you had to make $7k in two weeks with porn sales, what techniques would you leverage?

If you are into submitting galleries as part of your marketing efforts, your database of sites to submit to, is your bread and butter.

There are many ways to build your list of sites to submit to. From buying databases, to trading with other webmasters, to hunting them down on your own, your options are many. Personally I prefer to build my own database from scratch.. and for free. My suggestion is to start by getting as many sites as possible on your list, then slowly filter out the ones that are worthless to you.

Basically, throw shit at the wall, see what sticks, clean the wall and repeat.

First of all, you have to realize alot of the sites you submit to, may not list your galleries. They may have a year old backlog, or not allow your sponsor, or just plain think your galleries suck. Generally you should read their submission rules and decide if you will even be able to provide what they like. Check out the galleries that are already listed on their site and see if you will be competitive with the currently approved galleries.

I write this, assuming you already have a gallery submission program (like AdvancedSubmitter) and know how to use it. If not, maybe you should use a bookmark folder in your browser or make an spreadsheet of sites that you can use when it is time to submit. I highly recommend using a submission program though, because it will help you tremendously.

To start looking for sites to submit to, start by hitting your favorite search engine. Search engines have the best quality of traffic, so you will be looking for sites that your target visitor is hitting when he searches for your niche.

Lets say you are targeting the cumshot niche. Here are some tips for building your cumshot submission database:

  1. Start by doing a general search, like cumshot (the sites that are returned will have the best quality of traffic for your gallery). Many of these sites will most likely be difficult to get a submission account with, but don’t let that stop you… this is the golden traffic. Apply for partner status if that is an option and also add their submission pages to your database. You will want to repeat this process for all the terms that are in your niche (ie. cum shot, cum facial, jizz, sperm, cum load, etc)
  2. Once you have targeted the high quality results for your niche, you will want to do some other searches to help build your database (with galleries, traffic quantity over quality is a part of the equation, imo.) Some good twists to your searches may include:

Repeat the above techniques for all the keywords/niches you promote and you will have a nicely targeted submission database for any niche you decide to attack.

Once you start submitting your galleries on a regular basis, you can monitor your traffic to see what sites are listing you, what sites have the most traffic, what sites are responsible for your conversions, etc. After you mine this data, you can delete the poor-performing sites from your submission database.

Start Selling Porn

puzzle pieceI have alot of friends that I urge to make a little money on the side in online adult marketing. I always have little ideas for them, regarding ways they could start doing small amounts of profitable work online, without even spending money. A simple time investment is all it takes. If you are spending any amount of time doing “social networking” (blogging, myspacing, livejournaling), p2p sharing, website design, graphic design, etc. online, you most likely have a few of the tools needed to make money slanging porn.

Alot of the time I feel like they don’t really understand what selling porn online consists of, but it is very basic. To sell porn online, you simply act as a middle man (an affiliate). Any business that wants to make it big online offers an affiliate program. Take QuickBuck for instance, go to the bottom of any of their websites and you will see a link that says Webmasters, .. this is the crux of affiliate recruiting. Signup with their program, they give you a link (plus other tools), you make money by getting visitors to use your link.

There are a million ways to promote porn, I suggest focusing on just one first. If you are broke, maybe you want to try starting a free blogger account. This would be one of the easier places to market from without any investment. From that account you could setup a site devoted to girls spanking each other or even act as a suave character who has the formula to getting girls on myspace, thanks to the huge dick some pills from Genbucks gave you. There are a million possibilities here and nobody is stopping you from trying any of them.

Now quite often I see people jump into selling porn and immediately start trying to promote the most competitive niches. My biggest piece of advice here is pick something unique to sell. Now while you might think BangBus is unique, even my grandma knows what the fuck that is, so you won’t be breaking any new ground. MILFHunter, yeah that cat is more recognizable than Dick Cheney, so fuggetaboutit. Focus on a micro-niche (thongs, piercings, midgets, etc) and you will be on the right track.

Once you have the basics down, study up on; optimizing your pages for search engines, heat maps for where visitors browse the most on-page, statistics tracking, link and traffic trading, and watch your empire grow!
